Once we arrived at the state park, we hiked up to see a waterfall. Apparently someone had built a cabin here, and it looked like the area was destroyed by fire ages ago. This left-behind chimney stood as a testimony to those who created it, long after all other signs of their influence were gone. (See my related note below)
